    As a Quality Specialist on our OpEx team, you will be responsible for coordinating, gathering and documenting critical data points and executing various activities in support of the department’s goals to improve quality and drive productivity and continuous improvement activities across the Customer Experience organization. Your breadth of responsibilities will span across many areas (Agency Services, Billings and Collections, Contact Center, and more). You will be one of several specialists whose industry and/or system knowledge are complementary and additive to the overall team.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and/or execute process validation activities and quality documentation
    • Visually review and compare actual output to expected and clearly document findings in accordance with our OpEx policies and procedures
    • Assist with documentation of policies and procedures as new guidelines are developed and new processes evaluated
    • Conduct data analysis and generation of performance dashboards, scorecards, and reports
    • Ability to handle high volume of activities in a fast changing, dynamic environment
    • Perform initial assessment of results, working with OpEx leader to report outcomes, identify issues, and translate defects into areas of opportunity for improvement
    • Assist with driving team performance through metrics-based strategies and ad hoc reporting
    • Be a champion of process consistency and operational excellence

    Qualifications

    • P&C commercial insurance experience 
    • Familiarity with different lines of business such as GL, Auto, Workers Comp 
    • Self-starter capable of working independently or with a team
    • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, joining spreadsheets together, etc.)
    • Demonstrated sense of urgency, dedication and commitment towards achieving results under demanding timeframes
    • Proven track record of detail orientation, thoroughness, speed, and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Highest level of integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Possesses an analytical thought process and inquisitive nature
    • Exhibits a desire to be challenged and increase skillsets and knowledge to grow into new positions within the CX organization and/or expanded scope of responsibilities within OpEx
    • High degree of self-confidence
