    The Talent Management Specialist will have a broad view into different facets of the HR Department at ProSight. From planning our company events and supporting our recognition programs to compliance training and helping to resolve employee relations matters, your role requires you to switch gears quickly and manage competing priorities. You are forward thinking, highly organized, and detail oriented. You present yourself as a credible source of information and possess a desire to learn and grow within the role.

    Responsibilities

    Engagement and Culture

     

    Recognition Program

    • Supports recognition programs by ensuring proper execution of all recognition programs. This includes maintaining inventory, creating award packages to spec, coordinating between HR, Manager and Marketing to ensure proper communication, planning travel, ensuring consistency and recommending improvements where needed.
    • Responsible for assigning awards to employees within the ClimberPortal and run reports on recognition as needed.

    Company Events / Workspace

    • Plans and coordinates all employee engagement activities (snack jars, business recognition days, off-site activities, wellness, happy hours) in support of the company culture
    • With the assistance of the events committee, plan and execute the annual holiday party across all office locations.
    • Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
    • Ensure office space aesthetic is aligned with company culture. Revamp the climber’s cabin and shared spaces as needed (this includes games).

    Internal Communications

    • Responsible for providing direction to the Marketing Team on content that will run on the weekly internal tv’s and ClimberPortal.
    • Partner with all verticals of HR to ensure internal communications are in support of the most recent HR initiatives.

     

    Training

     

    Training Programs and Events

    • Schedule rooms + dials ins as needed for training and events
    • Send out invites to training and event participants as needed.
    • Working closely with IT to test technology & ensure there are zero tech issues during training and event sessions.
    • Assist with the assembly of training books and materials
    • Order all food/ beverages for all trainings and events.
    • Coordinate with the events committee to set up & cleanup all companywide events and trainings.
    • Communicate all logistics with the facilities team and events committee for support as needed in all US offices
    • Supports compliance training by setting up new hires, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and tracking/ensuring 100% completion on a regular and ongoing basis

     

    Employee Relations

     

    • Works with managers to create initial drafts of performance improvement plans, memos, and other employee relations documentation
    • Sends exit surveys to all employees leaving ProSight, schedules and conducts exit interviews as needed
    • Assists Talent Management Partner in managing employee relations issues and serves as a liaison in dealing with questions employees raise
    • Support Talent Management Partner in the development and implementation of employee development initiatives and programs

     

     

     

    Miscellaneous

    • Assists with Onboarding of new hires by scheduling NHO I and NHO II.
    • Facilitate weekly NHO I for all office locations
    • Supports the execution of HR policy updates as needed
    • Responsible for processing all training and engagement invoices in a timely matter and maintaining vertical budget

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
    • You excel in managing competing priorities coming from multiple directions.
    • You don’t let items fall through the cracks, no matter how big or small they may seem.
    • You communicate clearly and often with your teammates about ongoing initiatives you are supporting and are comfortable regularly sharing updates and soliciting feedback.
    • You are comfortable handling highly confidential information on regular basis and protect that information with great rigor.
