  • Overview

    As a Corporate Communications Director, you will be a trusted advisor delivering world class communications in support of our business goals. You will lead the strategy for business and financial communications and help shape how we share our strategic growth externally and internally. As director, you will work proactively and reactively to develop messaging and strategic plans to help to build our brand presence, while maintaining our trusted reputation in with our partners and customers.


    • Develop and execute communications strategies for corporate, our brokerage and business to all audiences.
    • Work closely with teams and key stakeholders to define communication objectives, audiences, key messages, and deliverables aligned with ProSight’s strategic goals.
    • Partner with the PR agency on all media related opportunities to achieve media opportunities and publication targets.
    • Collaborate with PR agency partner on media relations support, including crisis communications emerging issues, to execute for quick and effective messaging to minimize reputational impact.
    • Develop written materials, including executive speeches, press releases, talking points, briefing documents, executive biographies, press kits, etc.
    • Translate company strategy into compelling communications to proactively drive the ProSight’s financial messaging to our partners, distributors and customers.
    • Lead communications execution for key financial events, including: quarterly earnings, meetings, and filings.
    • Work hand-in-hand with investor relations, legal and corporate affairs.
    • Communicate our customer-first driven culture to the marketplace, broadcasting our customer experience and claims experience across all channels to increase our brand awareness in a measurable way.
    • Lead internal communications amplifying our unique company culture.
      • Deliver world-class quality and proven best practices to the organization of our internal communications in copy and design with 100% accuracy, to showcase: achievement, belonging, inspiration and purpose on all channels daily including: tvs, intranet, email and print.
      • Develop and execute strategies to support top talent acquisition to broadcast externally in support of our Pre Hire program and candidate experience while achieving our recruitment marketing expectations
      • Extend internal/culture communications that highlight our culture where appropriate to further our unique culture positioning in the marketplace
    • Establish quantitative and qualitative benchmarks for success, and assess how to increase positive results

    • Crisis management experience preferred
    • College Degree with 10+ years of experience in external communications and media relations, including financial communications
