    As ProSight’s Social Media and Community Specialist, you will be the voice of ProSight Specialty Insurance across all social platforms. In support of our marketing strategy, you will play a key role of our messaging. You will be the day-to-day steward of social media responsible for campaign development, activation, and innovation.


    • In partnership with our agency – plan, implement and monitor ProSight Specialty Insurance social media strategy across all platforms, including: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
    • Collaborate with business partners throughout the organization to create content in support of corporate communications, niches and culture.
    • Consistently increase our following, impressions and engagement as the byproduct of sharing our brand story, and determine how to elevate messaging.
    • Monitor and engage a high level of community engagement with followers, including shares/retweets, likes and comments. Identify opportunities to engage with audience in innovative ways and use existing network to spread our message wider.
    • Create weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports. Utilize these analytics to optimize and measure ROI across all channels.
    • Develop paid social strategy and deploy niche, culture and corporate communication campaigns on social platforms.
    • Stay up to date with technology, tools, social trends, marketing strategies, and industry best practices to help evolve the brand.
    • Research and utilize social media best practices, industry changes, and trends, and be an advocate to management.
    • Collaborate with the creative team for brand consistency, visuals, and tone when creating assets.


    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
    • Stellar writer is a must
    • SEO/SEM knowledge a must
    • In-depth knowledge of social media management
    • Experience with sponsored, paid social media initiatives
    • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms, including Facebook Insights, Twitter analytics, LinkedIn analytics and Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
    • Motivated to create meaningful and engaging storytelling across all social media networks
    • Effectively communicate with people who may not speak your “language” as a social expert
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
    • Knack for identifying social trends.
    • Team player who is able to self-direct.
    • Experience with crisis management a plus.
    • 5 years’ experience in social media is required; insurance industry a plus
    • College Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
