    ProSight Direct is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Tableau Developer with a strong passion for solving complex business and marketing challenges by strategically leveraging unstructured problem-solving skills as well as strong analytic and communication skills. Being consultant, advisor, and measurement expert, the Data Analyst / Tableau Developer will nurture and support direct and highly collaborative relationships with PSD marketing team. This individual will draw on a seamless integration of solid business acumen and pragmatic statistics and measurement experience to guide analytics and experimental design strategies while also supporting deep-dive analyses that provide the business with actionable data-driven insights


    • Develop meaningful, efficient dashboards and visualizations using leading platforms, primarily Tableau
    • Understand the analytic needs of internal stakeholders and translate these into meaningful and actionable data visualizations
    • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, develop KPI reports that tell the story behind the data to non-technical team members and drive key marketing, digital product, and business decisions
    • Carry out customer path analyses to identify areas to improve the customer purchase funnel
    • Forecast modeling to understand effectiveness of marketing campaigns and impact to customer lifetime value
    • Perform regression analyses to uncover trends within the data that can help quantify potential risks and claims for the PSD insurance products
    • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to build and own the marketing media planning process, drive marketing strategy and budget allocation through complex statistical modeling and analysis
    • Work with department leads and key stakeholders to build out our marketing attribution capability, with a strong focus on building a best in class multi-touch attribution model
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to help develop and execute retention and loyalty strategies
    • Collaborate with business partners & technology to ensure data is transformed into analytically accessible and valuable data sets that can be used to answer critical business questions
    • Working in lockstep with the PSD team to handle market research and analysis, identifying new growth opportunities and other tasks important to the business


    • Experienced as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably at a D2C brand with a high volume of complex data for 2-4 years
    • Experience working with SQL Server and / or other data technologies
    • Proficiency with SQL and its variations amongst popular databases
    • Data visualization experience
    • Experience analyzing digital marketing performance with best-in-class web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc).
    • Tableau application development, including visualizations, parameters, and report optimization
    • Experience with Tableau web data connector and Tableau Server preferred
    • Well versed in multi-touch attribution methodologies and platforms and familiar with offline/digital acquisition channels
    • A strong communicator and a highly motivated self-starter. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Experienced with applying statistics and machine learning research and techniques to real-world data
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines. Must be detail oriented, organized, and perform at high standards with limited supervision
