It’s your role to execute and support the training strategy that will support our people in realizing their wildest ambitions. You’ll support how we execute our strategy for how we onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize our teams.  As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs to support our people and making it difficult for them to want to leave ProSight. 


    • Training & Development: Assist in the execution of the learning and development programs under ProSight’s Explorer Suite, including new course development, career paths programs, specialty training programs, negotiation training and management training and business education.
    • Employee Cycle: Support and develop strategies that focus on on-boarding and off-boarding employees; ensuring a smooth transition when new Climbers join ProSight and a meaningful collection of information when a Climber transitions out of the organization.
    • Employee Relations: Become the first point of contact for employee relation matters and manage simple employee relations matters from start to finish with the goal of coming to positive resolutions that benefit and protect ProSight and keeps ProSight at zero liability. Also, provide support for more complex employee relations issues as needed.
    • Policy: With the HR Manager, stay current on new policies, ensure proper training is being administered and tracked and ensure state postings are updated regularly. Also, provide support for employee sponsorship needs. 
    • HR Generalist Support: Partner with managers and employees to troubleshoot issues related to HR process and procedures including supporting projects and developing innovative way to support managers and their teams.
    • Solve problems: Challenge the status quo to dig deep to get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that create a lasting resolution.  This is a major aspect of your role and you should be constantly seeking out problems and potential solutions.

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree with a proven history of success in your education and career
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
