    The Business Sales Development Executive position is responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive incremental affinity group sales with an emphasis on prospecting and cold-calling for new opportunities for the ProSight Brokerage and ProSight Direct. Person will exhibit demonstrated sales/marketing qualities and a commitment to ProSight’s cultural characteristics. This person will have 5+ years of affinity sales experience and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to prospect for new and untapped opportunities from diverse groups. This candidate will have a proven track record of establishing outstanding customer relationships leading to incremental sales and achieving established goals.


    The following expectations exist for the role:

    • Execution of Quarterly new business targets in assigned Niches/Programs
    • Knowledge of existing ProSight Brokerage and ProSight Direct programs and staff associated with each
    • Development and maintenance of new relationships for each assigned program


    • Actively generate new leads within affinity-based and association-oriented organizations
    • Manage and build relationships with affinity-based and association-oriented organizations
    • Identify and build alliances/relationships with “key influencers” of these organizations to drive new business
    • Maintain strong and effective long- term relationships aligned with corporate objectives
    • Participate in sponsored events, seminars, board meetings etc.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed lead and client database using Vertafore SalesTrack
    • Develop relationships with internal subject matter experts


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of relationship-sales experience including a track record of revenue growth.
    • Strong organizational & communication skills including public speaking & presentation skills
    • Strong negotiator
    • Experience selling or working with top level executives
    • Must be highly motivated sales professional with experience in developing new business
    • Self-starter, team player and able to work independently
