ProSight Specialty Insurance is offering an exciting opportunity to entrepreneurial and ambitious college students who are excited to join a dynamic, fast paced and growing organization. We refer to these opportunities, internally, as “Pre-Hire” positions as successful & high-performing students will have the unique opportunity to join ProSight full-time upon graduation. The Pre-Hire’s skills, performance and preference will be taken into account when deciding on what department they will be in full time. Our Pre-Hire program is so much more than an “internship” as it will provide you with an opportunity to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, while making a significant impact to the organization.
The rotational program is 10 weeks in length and takes place in summer 2019 for 2020 grads interested in pursuing a career in insurance. The Pre-Hires will rotate through the Claims, Customer Experience and Underwriting departments spending 3-4 weeks in each area. Each Pre-Hire will be tasked with a final project that will be presented to our C-Suite towards the conclusion of the program.
The purpose of this rotational program is to provide college undergrads with an opportunity to develop their project management, problem solving, and technical skills through challenging assignments.
